If you dont like the look of your hair curled with a curling iron, try curling it with a straightener. Simply wrap your hair around the straightener and pull it through to the ends. This produces a much more natural looking curl, although it can take a little longer to do.

Take care not to over tweeze your eyebrows. Repeated over-plucking can result in areas where hair refuses to grow back, resulting in bald spots. If you have already developed bare spots in your brows, fill in the areas with a brow pencil temporarily while applying a product to regrow the hair.

If you have problems keeping wild and unruly brows tamed, you can keep them under control by spraying a brow brush with a bit of hairspray or clear brow gel, then gently combing your brows into place. For added shaping, you can even use a very small dab of Vaseline.

Before applying mascara, use an eyelash curler to curl your eyelashes. Eyelash curlers can work wonders at elongating your lashes, and giving your eyes a more open appearance. Beginning with the base of the eyelashes, hold the curler and squeeze for a few seconds. Repeat this near the lashes ends. Working in an upward motion will give your lashes a nice natural curve.

Use eye drops to liven up your face. Tired eyes can bring down your whole look. Keep a small bottle of eye drops in your bag and use them periodically, especially when sitting in front of your computer. They will not only freshen up your eyes, but make them sparkle too.

If your hair is greasy or oily, an easy way to fix this if you dont have time to wash it, is to use a bronzer compact or baby powder. Brunettes should carry bronzer compact and add to extra oily hair, and blondes should do the same with baby powder. This will temporarily hide your unwashed hair.

Exercise

Make sure you get plenty of exercise every day. You will stay youthful-looking and healthy by moving around. Movement is a requirement in any beauty plan. You should be up and active for at least fifteen minutes a day. Whether you chose to vacuum your house, walk around the block, or run with your dog, it is important to include physical activity in your day.

Natural beauty starts on the inside, so it makes good sense to take care of your body inside and out to look your very best. Eating right, getting the right amount of exercise and fresh air, drinking plenty of water and getting lots of sleep all go a long way towards keeping you looking and feeling your best.
